ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
& ACCEPTANCE
Please conduct a thorough review of these Terms
& Conditions and the Privacy Policy prior to initiating
a purchase transaction.
By purchasing/registering for Ticket(s), accessing
RE//Perth events/venues, and/or utilising RE//Perth
Goods and Services, you agree to be bound by the
applicable Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

LAW & JURISDICTION
The provisions of these Terms & Conditions are
governed by the laws of Western Australia.
YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
These Terms & Conditions are provided in addition to,
and do not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer

TICKETING TERMS
ARTRAGE adheres to the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice.
The LPA Ticketing Code of Practice is accessible on the

PAYMENT PROCESSING
ARTRAGE facilitates secure online and phone-based
card payments. Please note that your credit card statement
will reflect a temporary authorisation as " ARTRAGE (EWAY)
NORTHBRIDGE" followed by a confirmed payment as
"FRINGE WORLD Northbridge".
TRANSACTION FEE DISCLOSURE
An online transaction fee of $2.50 will be applied to
all purchases exceeding $0.01.
ACQUISITION CHANNELS
Tickets for RE//PERTH events are available through the
RE//PERTH website, phone, or at the venue. ARTRAGE
event tickets are subject to the event's specific
conditions and venue's terms.

RE//PERTH EVENT
CONSIDERATIONS:
Tickets for RE//PERTH events are subject to specific
conditions established by the individual event and the
venue hosting it. These conditions may vary, so it is crucial
to review them before purchasing a ticket.
Event Details: Full details for each RE//PERTH event,
including restrictions, suitability warnings, accessibility
information, location, date, and time, will be clearly
outlined on the event listing page of our official website.
Individual Event Responsibility: Please ensure you have
thoroughly read and understood the information specific
to the individual event and venue before purchasing your
ticket. This information includes details such as age
restrictions, content warnings, accessibility options,
and venue location.
Event Updates: We will make every effort to contact you
if there are any important updates to event information
that may impact you as a ticket holder. However, it is your
responsibility to ensure you have provided us with accurate
and up-to-date contact information at the time of purchase.
PRICING & TERMS
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
- Tickets are generally non-refundable,
non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. - Validity is limited to the specified date,
time, and conditions listed. - Prices and fees may change without notice.
- ARTRAGE reserves the right to cancel
and refund tickets priced incorrectly.
- Provide accurate contact information
at purchase for event updates. - Entry requires a valid ticket.
ARTRAGE RESERVES
THE RIGHT TO:
- Modify events, ticket prices, capacities, or
seating arrangements. - Deny refunds without proof of purchase or valid ID.
- Refuse entry/eject patrons for disorderly conduct
or non-compliance with terms (no refunds).
ALTERNATIVE ACQUISITION
CHANNELS
- Tickets should only be purchased through an
authorised RE//PERTH ticketing outlet. - ARTRAGE will not be held liable for the purchase
of unofficial tickets through unauthorised
ticketing outlets. - ARTRAGE reserves the right to refuse entry to the
event and cancel any tickets that have been resold
or unofficially distributed at their discretion,
without a refund. - Tickets may not be offered as prizes, resold or used
for advertising or other promotional purposes or
financial gain without prior written consent from
ARTRAGE, including resale at a premium rate.
Any breach of these terms and conditions
may result in refused entry to the event and
ticket cancellation without a refund. - If tickets are purchased as gifts, the recipients
are bound by these Terms & Conditions. - If you have purchased a ticket and can no longer
attend the event, you can pass it on to a friend.
You will be responsible for all refunds in the event
of a cancellation, and if there are any changes to the
event, you must inform the ticket holder.
E-TICKETS
- Upon finalising your transaction, you will receive
an order confirmation email containing your e-ticket(s).
This will be sent to the email address provided when
creating the ARTRAGE ticket account. The individual is
responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date
contact information is provided. If you do not receive
the email within a reasonable period, be sure to check
your inbox, including your promotion, spam, or
junk folders. - Tickets purchased can be viewed by logging into your
customer account via reperth.com. If you are still unable
to locate it, please contact us at hello@artrage.com.au
for assistance. - The QR Code in your order confirmation email is your
e-ticket(s). This is required to be presented at the venue
to gain entry.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
ARTRAGE adheres to the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice.
These Ticketing Terms are applicable to all Tickets
purchased by you or on your behalf. Your agreement
to abide by these Ticketing Terms is a prerequisite for
entry to our Sites and/or access or use of our
Goods and Services.
Before purchasing tickets, please carefully review and
ensure your agreement with:
- Event/session/price details
- Terms and Conditions
- Privacy Policy
- Venue Conditions of Entry
All Ticket sales are considered final. Unless required by
Australian Consumer Law or stipulated otherwise in these
Terms, all tickets are:
- Non-refundable
- non-exchangeable
- non-transferable
- valid solely for the specified date, time, and any other
conditions outlined on the Ticket (or order confirmation).
The ticket purchaser/holder is not entitled to a refund, exchange,
transfer, or any other form of reimbursement in the following
circumstances:
- Change of mind or mistaken purchases.
- Dislike of the event, performance, venue, goods,
or services. - Inability to attend due to illness, personal
circumstances, travel issues, or choosing
not to attend. - Late arrival and missed entry.
- Refusal of entry or eviction according to
venue Conditions of Entry. - Understudy or substitute performance.
- Lost, stolen, or misused tickets.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In all instances of event cancellation,
the following apply:
- ARTRAGE holds the right to cancel any event
at its discretion. - In the event of a cancellation, ARTRAGE aims
to inform customers at the earliest opportunity.
- Notifications will be sent to the ticket purchaser
via email and SMS. - It is the responsibility of the individual to ensure
accurate and up-to-date contact information is provided.
- ARTRAGE is not liable for any expenses incurred
due to the cancellation, including travel, parking,
accommodation, etc. Consider appropriate insurance
for your circumstances. ARTRAGE is not obligated to
arrange a substitute event in case of cancellation.
CANCELLATION PRIOR
TO EVENT
In the instance of event cancellation prior
to the event ARTRAGE will provide a refund
of the ticket purchase value.
- If payment was by credit card, the ticket
value, fees, and charges will be automatically
refunded within 5 business days.
CANCELLED, RESCHEDULED
OR SIGNIFICANTLY RELOCATED
SEASON DUE TO INTERVENING
CIRCUMSTANCES
ARTRAGE will contact the original ticket purchaser
to offer the following remedies:
- Refund of Purchase value.
- If payment was by credit card, the ticket value,
fees, and charges will be automatically refunded
within 5 business days. - For other payment methods, contact us at
hello@ARTRAGE.com.au to arrange a refund.
- An exchange to another session or event
presented as part of the RE//PERTH
Programmed season. - Valid for ticket of equal value
- Subject to availability
- ARTRAGE may ask whether you are willing
to forgo your remedy and donate the price
paid for the Ticket, to ARTRAGE.
ARTRAGE CONDITIONS
OF ENTRY
IMPORTANT POINTS:
- Conditions vary by event, program, and venue.
- Follow WA government directives and
ARTRAGE requirements. - Read these Conditions with the Terms & Conditions.
ENTRY & BEHAVIOUR:
- Entry is at ARTRAGE/Venue discretion.
- Disorderly conduct, abusive language,
or non-compliance may result in refusal of
entry or ejection (without refund). - Searches may be conducted upon entry.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
- No alcohol, drugs, weapons, glass containers,
or specified items. - No audio/video recording without permission
(confiscation and removal possible).
RESPECT & RECORDING:
- Silence mobile phones during events.
- ARTRAGE may record or broadcast the event.
- CCTV footage is for security only
(no copies for entertainment).
IMAGE USE & LIABILITY:
- By attending, you grant permission for ARTRAGE
to use your image/likeness in recordings. - ARTRAGE's liability is limited to the ticket
price and service charge. - ARTRAGE is not liable for lost enjoyment,
wasted expenses, or personal property.
SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY:
- ARTRAGE takes no responsibility for injuries
(though safety measures are in place). - Report any injuries or distress to staff.
- You acknowledge and accept these conditions
for yourself and any minors attending.
CONSEQUENCES OF
NON-COMPLIANCE:
Violation of these terms may result in:
- Refusal of entry or removal from venue
- Ticket confiscation without refund
- Disqualification from future events
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
INJURY AT EVENTS
To the extent permitted by law, ARTRAGE disclaims
all liability for any injuries caused at events. Although
reasonable measures are taken by ARTRAGE to
protect audience members, injury can occur. If
injured or distressed, immediately ask a staff
for assistance.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept
these Terms & Conditions in your personal capacity
and on behalf of any accompanying minor.
TRAVEL
ARTRAGE is not liable for missed experiences or
incurred costs due to delays beyond our control.
Parking at or near the Venue may be limited and
not guaranteed. It is your responsibility to arrive
at the Venue by the commencement time. We will
not provide a refund for Tickets if you miss all or
part of an Event due to your late arrival.
DONATIONS DISCLAIMER
AGREEMENT
By donating to ARTRAGE, you are agreeing to our
Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please review
the following in association to our Privacy Policy
prior to making your donation.
DONATION GENERAL TERMS
Your donation goes towards supporting Artrage Inc.
which is endorsed as a deductible gift recipient on
the Australian Government's Register of Cultural
Organisations maintained under Subdivision 30-B
of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.
Donations to ARTRAGE of $2.00 and over are tax
deductible. This will be identified on your tax receipt.
DISPUTES AND REFUNDS
All complaints, grievances and disputes will be
treated seriously, quickly and in a timely manner,
having due regard to procedural
fairness and confidentiality.
Once you have donated to ARTRAGE we are unable
to refund if you change your mind. For this reason,
we ask that you make your decision to donate to us
carefully. If you believe that there has been an error
with your donation, you should notify us directly on
08 9227 6288 and confirm that notice in writing or
by emailing donate@artrage.com.au as soon as
possible so that we can resolve your query.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Once you have made your selection you will be guided
through the payment process. The method of payment
on our website is by credit card. Please be advised that
your credit card statement will show “ARTRAGE (EWAY)
NORTHBRIDGE” when payment is pending and “FRINGE
WORLD NORTHBRIDGE” when payment is confirmed.

We accept Visa and Mastercard cards via a secure
payments system and we also accept cards issued in
Australia or overseas.
- Direct debit
Donations can be made by direct debit. For donating,
please include DONATION and your name in the
reference, using the following details:

GIFT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Donations over $200.00 AUD will be acknowledged for
12 months on the ARTRAGE website. If you wish to retract
or change your donation acknowledgement within this time,
please notify us directly on 08 9227 6288 and confirm that
notice in writing or by email at donate@artrage.com.au
