House of Fast Fashun Runway

Sunday 14 July 2024

About

This is the pinnacle of the House of Fast Fashun, the showcasing of custom-made pieces for RE//PERTH in this not-to-be-missed runway event. With items presented by local artists and performers, as well as signature pieces created by the Naarm/Melbourne art collective over their 10-day visit.

This one-hour runway extravaganza will showcase the collective's vision, as audiences will experience firsthand the unlimited inspiration that can be taken from a pile of clothing once deemed unwanted.

Fast Fashun’s unique approach to addressing the impact of fast fashion, the ongoing climate emergency and empowering audience creativity is a testament to the power of art in affecting social change.
